Learning a second language is starting to be an important topic in every school I believe all around the world. It´s important for teachers to be motivated in order to motivate their students, if a teacher is not engaged they won´t have the expected outcomes. Motivation is one of the most important factors in language learning. Students with a good attitude towards English are more likely to work hard and keep going when learning gets challenging. So How do you motivate students? Well for me it´s been a job to look up for things that motivate my students so they can feel happy and recognized for their achievements. It´s definitely a different strategy for each teacher since the age, society, interests are different for each group of students. So it´s a teacher´s job to search their students goals and likes in life. Students are self-motivated, others are less motivated and need a little push here or a lot.
